The Pygmalion effect is the phenomenon in which the greater the expectation placed upon people, the better they perform. That means that how you see the others changes them because it influence your behavior with them: if you expect someone to do something right (or wrong) your actions will play an important role in their results.

Everybody can be a pygmalion to other people, so why don’t we be the best positive Pygmalion to our family, friends and to all the people we appreciate?
